Brian Diesselhorst is the Chief Executive Officer of Paladin EnviroTech, where he leads the company’s strategic growth, operational excellence, and commitment to environmental sustainability. With more than 20 years of executive leadership experience across environmental services, recycling, renewable energy, manufacturing, and business development, Brian has built a reputation for driving growth, innovation, and value creation in rapidly evolving industries. Prior to joining Paladin, he served as Chief Executive Officer of PedalPoint Recycling & LifeCycle Solutions, Chief Commercial Officer of Igneo, and General Manager of Jabil Environmental Technologies, where he helped expand global recycling and circular economy initiatives. His expertise spans business transformation, strategic partnerships, operational leadership, and sustainable resource management. In addition to leading Paladin’s continued expansion, Brian serves as Co-Chairman of REcapture, a joint venture between Commercial Metals Company (CMC) and Paladin EnviroTech, and as a Strategic Advisor to SER Capital Partners.
Bill Vasquez is the Chief Operating Officer at Paladin EnviroTech, where he oversees the company’s global operations, technology platforms, and customer experience initiatives. He has over 30 years of experience in technology operations, sustainability, and strategic leadership, including prior roles as Americas General Manager for SKtes, SVP Strategy for ITRenew, and VP Global ITAD for Sims. His expertise in IT asset disposition and supporting hyperscalers has been instrumental in expanding Paladin EnviroTech’s footprint and developing innovative programs for secure, sustainable electronics recycling.
Josh Goodelman serves as Chief Financial Officer of Paladin EnviroTech, where he oversees financial strategy, risk management, operational planning, and corporate growth initiatives. He brings extensive experience in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, financial reporting, business operations, and organizational scaling, with a focus on driving sustainable growth and operational efficiency. In his current role, Josh works closely with executive leadership to support strategic expansion, financial performance, and long-term business objectives. His expertise includes financial management, technical accounting and financial reporting, financial due diligence, strategic planning and analysis, post-merger integration, operational optimization, internal controls over financial reporting, and supporting ESG-aligned business initiatives.
Dave Owens serves as Senior Vice President of Global Recycling at Paladin EnviroTech, where he oversees global recycling operations with a focus on efficiency, profitability, and sustainable material recovery. He leads the company’s smelter relationships, commodity sales, and shredding operations while working closely with buying, production, and leadership teams to maximize value recovery and operational performance. His expertise includes commodity markets, downstream recycling partnerships, materials recovery, and operational management. Dave began his career in 2003 with Spectro Alloys and later joined Industrial Recycling Technologies (IRT) in 2008, becoming an owner and partner in 2016. Following Paladin’s acquisition of IRT in 2025, he joined Paladin’s leadership team and continues to play a key role in the company’s growth and success.
Nicole Holt serves as Vice President of Finance at Paladin EnviroTech, where she supports the company’s financial strategy, operational growth, and continued expansion.
Nicole brings more than 10 years of experience leading finance teams across both private and public companies, with a strong background in building and scaling finance functions in high-growth environments. She also has more than five years of experience in the e-scrap and precious metals recycling industry, giving her a valuable understanding of Paladin’s markets and operations.
Known for helping companies transition from startup mode to fully scaled operations, Nicole brings a practical, growth-focused approach to financial leadership as Paladin continues to expand its capabilities and impact.
Sharon Gryczka is the Chief of Staff at Paladin EnviroTech and an accomplished finance, compliance, and client services leader with more than 15 years of experience in the electronics recycling and IT asset disposition industry. Her background includes financial oversight, multi-facility logistics coordination, regulatory compliance, and leadership of client service teams supporting complex ITAD and recycling programs. Her areas of focus include overseeing entity management, HR and legal policy alignment, organizational risk mitigation, travel and expense administration, and driving workflow and systems enhancements to improve operational performance.
Keith Layton is the SVP of Remarketing at Paladin EnviroTech, bringing deep ITAD remarketing and process expertise to the organization. With over 30 years of experience working with some of the largest ITAD providers in the U.S. and globally, he has developed a strong track record in maximizing asset value and optimizing disposition strategies. His areas of focus include supporting client programs, enhancing remarketing channels, and driving operational efficiency across the organization.
Luke Wray is the Senior Vice President of Critical Materials and Defense at Paladin EnviroTech, where he leads federal strategy and partnerships across the Department of Defense, intelligence community, and major contractors, focusing on feedstock access, rare earth recovery, and secure destruction technologies to strengthen U.S. supply chain resilience. He has held senior roles in business development and integration, scaling operations and driving strategic partnerships across industrial and recycling platforms. His background includes experience in the U.K. insurance market at Lloyd’s of London and a private family office underwriting investments across food, water, energy, minerals, and renewables, as well as early career roles in risk analysis and project finance insurance.
Tony Celt is the Vice President of Business Development at Paladin EnviroTech, with over 15 years of experience in the electronics recycling industry. He specializes in electronic scrap (e-scrap) and circuit board valuation, with experience in material evaluation, international purchasing, and supporting responsible downstream processing, as well as managing supplier relationships across global recycling channels. His areas of focus include business development across recyclers, enterprise and government clients, electronics recycling, circuit board valuation, ITAD services, data center decommissioning, and leading purchasing operations while guiding team understanding of company capabilities and the broader e-waste landscape.
Chris Kirby is a sustainability and environmental services executive at Paladin EnviroTech with over 17 years of experience driving growth in data destruction, asset recovery, and green technology initiatives. Colin Gormley is a senior operations leader at Paladin EnviroTech with over 15 years of experience building and scaling secure, compliant ITAD and logistics operations across EMEA and the U.S. He has led high-performing teams from startup stage to hyperscale environments, including developing a 65,000 sq ft ITAD facility in Ireland that consistently exceeded SLA and revenue targets. Horst Prinsen is the General Manager for Europe at Paladin EnviroTech, responsible for overseeing and managing the company’s European operations, with primary accountability for the Dutch entity (R&L).
